15. Sales and Return Policy

You may return some unused items purchased at Old Elaboratory & Apothecary (USA) LLC within 30 days of the original delivery. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% from the package value plus a $25.00 charge per opened package. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item, minus the charge for the shipping and handling value of up to $39.00 USD. For questions regarding our return policy please contact us at 1-786-704-8004.
